Costa Rican Stones Treatment Incorporates heated stones and complex, synchronized movements to create a distinct massage experience. As the warm stones glide over the body to reenergize and stimulate muscles, grounding and harmony are restored. These stones aid the therapist to work deeper, giving relief to deep-seated muscle tension. Stones are known generators of energy, creating a sense of balance and calm. Spa Guidelines Return
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your Spa service so you can enjoy the sauna. We recommend that you shower prior to any spa treatment. If you are a guest of the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guestroom. Lockers are available upon request. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, if you are more at ease wearing a bathing suit or undergarments, please do so. You will be draped throughout your service to ensure your privacy and comfort is maintained. Robes and slippers are
provided for all skin care and body care treatments upon request. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please tell the Spa Reservation Agent when making reservations. We will try to accommodate last-minute requests, but are not always able to do so. If you have any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies or other health concerns that require special attention, please inform the Spa Reservation Agent when making your reservation. While there are a few services you should avoid during pregnancy, there are many you can enjoy and benefit from. Please notify the Spa Reservation Agent when making your appointment so he/she can offer guidance. Gratuities of 10-15% are customary, but they are also a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction. You may choose to leave gratuities in cash or charge them to your guestroom or credit card.
Cancellation PolicyReturn
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 20% of the total treatment price you selected. Arriving late will limit the time of the treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. The treatment will end on time to avoid any delay on the following appointment. The complete value of your treatment will be applied.
Cancellations of packages or group reservations require 48 hours advance notice.
